The setups, when they fire, and why.

The Playbook Engine is the strategist of the stack: a registry of pre-defined, locked setups. Firing now shows setups whose conditions match and the Structure Engine aligns — each tagged with the RiskState gate verdict (ALLOW / RESIZE / BLOCK), so you see what the strategist proposes and what the governor allows (we track performance both with and without the gate). It deliberately shows no fund positions or money.
