The setups, when they fire, and why.

The Playbook Engine is the strategist of the stack: a registry of pre-defined, locked setups. Firing now shows setups whose conditions match and the Structure Engine aligns — each tagged with the RiskState gate verdict (ALLOW / RESIZE / BLOCK) and its trade-intent shape, so you see what the strategist proposes and what the governor allows (we track performance both with and without the gate). Every card carries its live per-asset status: firing, in cooldown (the alert already went out; the engine won't re-alert until the window resets), suppressed by a higher-priority setup, or watching — with the first unmet condition shown. It deliberately shows no fund positions or money.
